	Business case development and financial modelling support	Experienced in building financial models to support investment appraisal and development of business cases.
	Case study	The client was awaiting responses to an invitation to negotiate for services and required financial modelling support to evaluate the pricing matrices and undertake the financial assessment of bids, including the financial risk assessment. This was then combined with a separate service quality assessment to determine the preferred bidder.
	Solution and benefits	Our financial modeller was engaged via a separate organisation to work as part of the bid evaluation team. A customised suite of inter-linked spreadsheets was developed to cost the services subject to tender and feed results through to the investment appraisal, affordability and discounted cash flow assessments. By working as part of the client team, the client benefited from directly tailored financial models and resultant rapid turnaround of tender prices into the bid evaluation tables and the business case to proceed. >>Next
