Andelscott Consulting Limited staff are experienced in building financial models to support investment appraisals and business cases for private and public sector clients. Apart from the mechanical work of preparing the model (using discounted cash flow or IRR as you prefer), our consultants can work with you to determine the forecast cash flows and benefit streams.


   
    Case study Our client was preparing a business case in support of proposed information systems investments. They needed to prepare the option appraisal for each shortlisted option including the "do minimum", supported by the financial appraisals, to determine the affordability and the risks.
